At Dark Paw Designs, every product is custom made to order. Please allow time for both production and shipping when estimating your delivery date.
Production Time All orders go through a production phase before shipping. Production times vary by product, typically ranging from 2–7 business days.
Shipping & Delivery Once your order has been produced, it will be shipped via carriers such as USPS, FedEx, or DHL depending on your location. Delivery times vary by destination:
- United States: 3–7 business days
- International: 10–20 business days
Lost Packages If your package appears lost in transit, please contact us at sales@darkpawdesigns.com within 30 days of your estimated delivery date. If the carrier confirms the package as lost, we'll reship your order at no additional cost.
Customs, Duties & Taxes International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes upon arrival in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total.
Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package every step of the way.
